Acceptable marketing formats will be included in the Member's Area of the site.

Members may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited email advertising the web site including, but not limited to, the MoneyPumps site and the Pitbull Pen.

Members may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited email or communications to advertise the MoneyPumps program or any component thereof, including mass postings to Usenet Newsgroups, chat rooms, forums, instant messengers, MIRC, fax or voice blasts, or any other on-line communication system.

If you are reported to us or our server company as a spammer, you will lose all access to the MoneyPumps site, and it's components, immediately and without notice, losing your account, commissions and you will be banned from ever joining in the future.

The responsible party who uses any MoneyPumps resource, web site, or personal URL for spamming, will be liable for any expenses incurred by MoneyPumps to reverse any actions taken by our server company or any other services as a result of their spamming. (Currently $500/hr.)
